Snooker Club at
The Springhouse!
Members of The Springhouse Snooker Club in Corringham enjoy playing snooker on our two tables, with each having meter-controlled tournament standard lighting and located in a dedicated snooker room which adjoins the club. We regularly re-cloth our snooker tables which are well maintained and respectfully used by our members. Cues are available to borrow.
Our snooker club meets on Monday and Wednesday evenings. Snooker is free for Springhouse Members, and new members are always welcome. Find out how to become a member of The Springhouse in Corringham.
Our snooker club is affiliated to the Vic Harris Snooker League and we are proud to have had former snooker world champion Stuart Bingham play here! For all enquiries call 01375 673 100.
Lighting costs £2 per half-hour. Tables may only be used if aged 12 years and over.
Members Can Enjoy Other Freshly Prepared Food As Well!
The Springhouse originally opened in 1950 and was then known as the Shell Club due to it being owned by Shell to provide a social and recreational club for employees working at the Shell Haven Refinery.
Primarily aimed at providing our members with sociable surroundings where they can comfortably enjoy each others company as well as great food and drink our tables are laid out accordingly.
Our staff are always happy to help and chef is very accommodating whenever possible.
